Order online: here is how

Ordering online is easy. Here is how to do it.

You may need a short blog post quickly translated and adapted, an important prospecting e-mail, a contract or whatever other instrumental piece of communication for which machine translation is not good enough. Ordering online is quick and safe.

In this short video, I explain how to use our online ordering tool. It allows you to select the language combination*, the type of service, to upload the text** and all necessary reference files (like a preferencial glossary) . You will be prompted with a best delivery date and the price for the service. Pay, sign off the order and wait for completion. You will be notified when the document you need translated is ready.

A safe, quick, and high-quality service offered by ILT.

Important: Define your Service Level

When requesting a quote for a translation, you can choose between different levels of service.
We have designed 4 workflows to choose from: Translation-Revision, Tanscreation, Machine translation with post editing and Human translation only (no revision).
Simply choose your preferred service level, upload your copy, set the deadlines, obtain a quote and, if happy, trigger the work.

Easy, quick and transparent. With ongoing progression notifications.

And now that you know how it works, access our online portal to order!

PS: our MT with post editing currently supports following languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Polish, and Russian. This choice is ideal for a general text. Quality may vary. Includes bilingual review.
For complex or high-volume projects, please call us for a bespoke offer.

* Not all languages are supported for all types of service
** Our online UI is offered by Memsource, which supports a wide range of files.
